An opportunity to think about how to get time to work for you.
The workshop is here to identify the main difficulties that people experience and link them to possible emotional components. How our fears get in the way and how behaviors such as procrastination and perfectionism can influence effective time management.
This is an interactive workshop, where people are invited to understand their own particular difficulties, to find out about useful strategies and think about how to put these and some new tools into practice.h sharing experiences and insights with other postgraduate students.
This workshop for Postgraduates will be held in the Students' Union building.

The building is fully wheelchair accessible, but the door is card activated in the evenings and at weekends so please let us know you are coming in advance at these times so that we can authorise your university card. We can also meet you at the door and show you to the correct room inside, if you prefer.
Inside 17 Mill Lane is padded seating, an accessible toilet, and gender neutral toilets. There is lift access to all floors. Please let us know if you have any additional requirements such as use of the induction loop or materials in large print as this will allow us to ensure that these are in place for your visit.
There is no car parking unless requested in advance. The nearest bike racks are outside the Careers Service building.
