A 4-week beginners course in this extremely popular style of yoga for those with little or no experience of Hot Yoga. Hot yoga is based around a series of 34 yoga postures performed in a hot room.
This beginners course will introduce you to each of the 34 yoga postures sequentially over 4 weeks. The teacher provides key tips for entering and exiting each posture safely while allowing students time to practice the postures and ask questions.
Suitable for people of all ages and abilities. This course is ideal both for students who have never tried hot yoga, as well as for more experienced students looking to get a better understanding of the 34 yoga posture series. Hot yoga helps to detoxify your body while developing strength and flexibility.
Practising yoga in the heat helps the body to relax, improves control of the breath and focuses the mind.
Bring to class:
A towel (the approximate size of your mat)
A bottle of water
A change of clothing.
It is best to wear shorts and a vest during class.
